DETAIL DESCRIPTION
A young man in his black (or dark gray) Jeep Wrangler threw out a nearly-full, barely-even-open can of seltzer water onto the leftmost lane of Weston Road (northbound), just before the left turn onto Royal Palm Blvd (westbound). I stepped out of my car and picked up the can while signaling my disapproval to the individual, and threw it into the trash at home. Took a picture of the vehicle, and have the license plate number. |
