DETAIL DESCRIPTION
Day after Christmas 2019, driving to work downtown CLE. Driver in front of me on the next lane over, heading West into Cleveland in Rts 2 and 90, close to the E 185th street exit...put down driver window and hurled a red and silver pop can with soda in it out the window right onto the highway in front of my car. Luckily I didnt hit it...but Im sure someone did. I think they saw me writing down their plate #...they sped up and got away in traffic going towards E 9th Street exit. |
