Looked to be at least 3 or 4 people that camped on the side of the road overnight, car dash filled up with garbage and they left some of that garbage on the ground. Empty plastic bottle, blueberry Red Bull cans, chip bag, some kind of foam for sleeping on maybe? And possible drug paraphernalia. |
