DETAIL DESCRIPTION
I do not understand the whole littering laws but it is really upsetting that I just walked up and down my road and the town newspaper is in plastic no less all up and down the road. I imagine it has been thrown all over 3 counties. Normally it comes in our mail box and I dont appreciate it now being thrown at the end of my drive. I didnt order it, I didnt tell them to throw it there and I want it stopped, I only know it is a business here in Hernando Co. Florida, I didnt see a car, a person, get plate, nothing. But if they hired someone to litter my road they can hire someone to come pick it back up |
