DETAIL DESCRIPTION
Constant littering from cars and pedestrians visiting and living in this house. They park on both sides up and down the street and litter with toiletries, used syringes, candy wrappers, take out containers, etc. They are directly upstream from storm drains and I personally have cleaned up 3 bags of their garbage to keep it going in the drains. |
