DETAIL DESCRIPTION
Woman was walking on side walk with a cart. She jumped over the rail to grab something, then jumped back and proceeded to walk with her cart. As she got halfway across the bridge heading to Diaz Rd, she threw something small & black over the bridge as well as a larger, more colorful item that looked like the size of a seat to me. |
