DETAIL DESCRIPTION
My neighbors, raging party people, have left their trash bag outside for 4 days, leading to crows to dig in. With the wind, their garbage is now thrown throughout Campus Park. Outside my door, I woke up to see fast food, toilet paper, and even used condoms. Management here does absolutely nothing. |
