DETAIL DESCRIPTION
Heading home (North) on South Dayton st, was behind a black car or dark car. Very close to exposition street, we had just passed Mississippi and I saw a long piece of paper come out of their car. Long about 10-12” and not very wide.
I honked at them, followed, took a photo of their license plate. They turned right (East) into a development across from Windsor Gardens in Clinton. I turned the opposite way. Didn’t follow and confront. |
