DETAIL DESCRIPTION
Looked in my rear view mirror and saw this guy throwing whataburger bags and lots other trash out his driver window as he drove down the road. This was in las cruces, I was driving northbound on north valley drive passing the ace hardware near Taylor rd. This guy just didn’t care, speeding and all. It really upset me. Please do justice. He was Caucasian with short hair. Saw him turn down furrow rd afterward. It was a white Ford F-150 maybe 2004- 2010 extended cab, had a black headache rack on it. New Mexico license 768-TGL. |
