DETAIL DESCRIPTION
We were waiting on the overpass and this guy was in the lane to the right of me a few cars up. I always get annoyed when people are smoking in their car and hanging their cigarette out the window. But when the light turned green, he just threw it out, lit and still smoking, into the street. Not sure of the exact time that day. |
