Brown skin woman, Afro type hair
opened drivers door and throw paper and plastic bag. I put a glove on my hand, took the garbage, made her a sign, she opened the window, i told her that something dropped from her car on the parking lot and its better to keep it in the car because could be something important for her. She took it and throw it again on the parking lot from the passenger door. I didnt talk to her anymore. Took pictures- garbage, the car, number plate, passenger person.
I was a witness to all that and have pictures. All that happened on the parking lot next to 7910 West Drive, North Bay Village. Parking lot Exact location 25.850320,-80.1599300 , parking lot in front of the empty lot.
