DETAIL DESCRIPTION
After taking turn from Hwy 704 to Spanaway Loop Rd S, was a white vehicle in front of me. From the passenger side a young woman, approx 18-20, tossed liquid from the passenger side and then shortly after tossed the empty McDonald’s cup as well. It was a single lane and I could only get close enough for a picture of the vehicle once we closed in on a traffic accident’s backup. I did pass eventually on the passenger side when a right lane was added and got a glimpse of her more closely. There wasn’t a way to catch her attention to tell it was against the law to litter. |
