DETAIL DESCRIPTION
Multiple members of the family dumping of animal waste, pet litter from a litter box, palm fronds, yard cuttings, garbage, and chains in a city owned drainage site behind the house over several months. This is an area both Sandhill Cranes and Gopher Tortoises, two protected species in Florida, live in and depend on. Also witnessed him throwing rocks at wild birds in the ditch. |
