Underage drinking/beer cans

DETAIL DESCRIPTION
I went out to the big rock at Salt Fork State Park and there was a huge collection of trash and beer cans everywhere. I made a post on Facebook to find out who left the trash and quickly learned that it was a bunch of underage high schoolers, one of which is named Hammer Kirk who attended Cambridge High School. I have photos, proof, and other witnesses who have seen their social media posts that show them drinking underage along with HEAVY littering
