DETAIL DESCRIPTION
July 6, 2020 7:10pm - driver and passenger both recent high school graduates seen tossing garbage out their car window. Was approached to pick it up and throw it in the garbage can less than 30 seconds away from them. They jeered, mocked, saying nothing anyone can do about it, and flipped their finger as they drove off. July 6, 2020 - 7:15pm - while driving away, they mock some more and purposely threw out a bottle out the window while laughing and waving bye out the window. July 6, 2020 10:55pm - they drop off their friends and purposely stopped to throw litter at a PRIVATE property. All of this was caught on camera. Videos as proof. Witness has provided names, approximate ages and school of these two boys. |
