DETAIL DESCRIPTION
We were heading east on Ford Rd. on Saturday, March 31, 2012, at approximately 11:00 A.M. following a newer Gray Chrysler 200, license number CJB5991, when we observed the driver throw a tall beverage glass with a blue top and straw out the driver side window. We proceeded to drive over the lid and straw, which separated from the glass. |
