DETAIL DESCRIPTION Over the course of the past 3-5 years, numerous young adults have been seen throwing beer cans, tobacco wrappers, and food/drink containers onto the sides of the dirt/gravel portion of Herring Road. Not surprisingly, no trash is thrown in front of the residence they travel to. There are only 4 homes on our section of Herring Road. Often, trash appears after ATVs have traveled the road. These ATVs and 4WD trucks also damage the road itself, purposely spinning tires on lightly packed gravel, causing safety issues for road travel. |
