DETAIL DESCRIPTION
A person driving a dark colored pickup truck (grey/black Dodge Ram?) with Texas Plates (NJP 7571) threw a lit cigarette out the window at 5:52am this morning (Sept. 9, 2020) while entering Southbound State Route 163 from the Eastbound side of Kearny Villa Road. Lit cigarette sparked and flashed in the gorepoint area of the entrance ramp. (The Valley fire is burning only 23 miles east of here) |
