Neighbors, please note that there are popped tiny balloons COVERING the ground on Black Oak Rd between Water Oak and Tall Pin Oak. It is hard to show the magnitude in photos since they are so small, but they are all over. 1) This is littering, which can lead to a fine up to $30,000. 2) This is extremely hazardous for animals, including our dogs and cats and birds and squirrels. 3) Lets all be respectful citizens and not trash our neighborhood. There is enough random garbage on the ground (socks, dental floss picks, cigarette butts) as it is without hundreds of tiny rubber balloons littering the street. Kindly asking whoever had a water balloon fight to ask their kids to pick up the remains. What a great learning opportunity!
