DETAIL DESCRIPTION
Saw a Kia Forte with the license plate number LF1CM1 threw trash out of their car multiple times, even hitting other cars behind them.
The driver was an African American who was driving aggressively and nearly hit my wife and I in our car, along with some others as he recklessly navigated the congestion on the interstate. It looked like he littered plates, and leftovers out of the vehicle.
