during slow traffic on the Chesapeake Bay Bridge, a man was driving while his wife and son, both passengers began to throw cans and trash outside their windows, off the bridge into the bay, once myself, my wife and mother-in-law witnessed this action, I honked the horn in discussed and the then gave me the finger with some vulgarity. |
