DETAIL DESCRIPTION
Man in front of me on Western Ave. throws trash out car window. I beeped at him. Next light he pulls in lane next to me and rolls down window. I say I beeped because he littered. He said so what? Streets and Sanitation will clean it up. I tell him he should keep it in his car and throw it away later. He said, No, my car is not a trash can. I say neither is the street. He says, Sure it is. Its Streets and Sanitation job to clean it up. !!!! |
