DETAIL DESCRIPTION
Whoever the new contracted company is to maintain 275 though Tampa, St Pete, US 19 & exits in southern Pinellas, Howard Frankland, Veterans Hwy south of Waters Ave is a waste of Floridas money. There is unbelievable amounts of litter all over Tampa/St Pete and above street references and it is all getting down tons of storm drains and just everywhere. Non mowed areas, blowing into the Bay off the Howard Frankland, you name it. This company is a rip off. I was told there is a new contracted company. They need to seriously be looked into. |
