DETAIL DESCRIPTION
Saw resident leaving their home on foot with trash and walked to the back of the neighboring Food Lion store and dumped his residential waste into the Food Lion dumpster. This is an ongoing occurance and I understand that it is considered littering, illegal and subject to fines. Our neighborhood has a weekly trash pick up and we are able to bring our trash to our towns recycling center. |
