Threw a 2 lit cigarettes from moving car. One on 116 Ave SE and then repeated offense NB Benson Road South/108th Ave on the Overpass of I405. Person pulled into Renton City Hall. The cigarettes were only smoked about half way still alot of cigarette left to burn. |
