DETAIL DESCRIPTION
Was in a slight traffic jam on i-90. These FIB kids were throwing various pieces of garbage out the window including bottles and other various items. We yelled at them to stop and they stuck their feet out the window and appeared to try and blow snot out their nose at us at one point.
