DETAIL DESCRIPTION
This car left a Shell Station on Lloyd Rd and proceeded to the Garden State Parkway entrance (southbound). On the ramp entering the parkway, the passenger threw out a large round black plastic dish with clear cover, food, utensils and napkins. Shortly thereafter this person then threw out a sack of garbage and drink container. Although I was able to get the license plate, I was not able to view either the passenger or the driver, as the car then sped off much faster than the speed limit. |
