Brekenridge Apartments does not enforce their own rules. The rule is to put your trash out before 9 am Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Residents are putting trash out on Friday Night and sits out all weekend, blowing all over the neighbor hood and even off the property onto other property. I have complained to the office, but they wont do anything. Also, you just put bags out on the sidewalk. They do not have dumpsters for each building to contain the trash. People also dump trash in dog waste containers, causeing overflow around the waste containers. The trash attracts racoons and stray dogs as well as smells horrendous on a hot day. If they enforced their own rules they would search some of this trash and get names and charge a penelty of $25 per bag as laid out in their own lease agreement. |
