DETAIL DESCRIPTION
Location of trash is on Loop Drive, Turn right off Brandonville Pike, trash is scattered on right side of road for approximately 80 yards.
He has been dumping trash for the past 2 years, he has been dumping some household trash and a lot of building materials, wood, plastic buckets, steel, used pipe,etc.
He has been trying to burn a large pile of dry wall, fiberglass insulation and roof shingles.
