DETAIL DESCRIPTION
The driver of a Blue Toyota Expedition, threw a plastic bottle, could be Gatorade, out his driver-side window. I was stopped behind him at the traffic light as he was heading South on College Ave., off of Hwy I-8 exit. I motioned for him in his rear-view mirror to get out and pick up the bottle he threw out the window, He then threw out a Desani Water Bottle, and he and his passenger just laughed. They slowed down and got behind me and then next to me to harass me but I kept my window up and kept driving. He never picked up the trash. |
