Passenger of Black Honda - Lic # 5VAGOOO, rolled down the window and threw the plastic wrapping of his cigarette pack out. The stupid and lazy part is, the driver of the car was using a trash can next to the car wash to throw other trash out. So clearly we have a thoughtless, lazy and just plain stupid individual who has just helped pollute our Earth even more. |
