DETAIL DESCRIPTION
I was one car lenght behind them. Blatantly threw large plastic cup with ice and large fast food bag filled with garbage, out of passenger window onto the road as if there were no one behind them, as if they were inthe woods or secluded are. This same street, Carmonia, VERY frequently has fast food trash in the road. I believe its more than a coincidence, they did this in broad daylight, with me right behind them, on the very street that has this fast food trash on it frequently, it has to be them that does this, by the way the were so comfortable doing it with someone right behind them. |
