DETAIL DESCRIPTION
This man was throwing electronic waste, old cups, used rags, and other garbage from the passenger side of the vehicle for about 1 mile. He even was aiming at parked cars and would wait to throw things out until there was a car adjacent to himself. At the stoplight he thought he was being clever by slowly pushing various amounts of garbage out of the window. Complete disregard for any kind of descent behavior. |
