DETAIL DESCRIPTION
A burgundy car driven by a white male (white tank top, short/medium length brown hair) threw a water bottle and cigarette package out his window deliberately. We were headed eastbound on Big Beaver Road between Livernous and Rochester Rd. He held the bottle out the window and, before he dropped it, he saw me, then smiled and dropped it anyway! |
