DETAIL DESCRIPTION
The woman who lives on 22nd St., between Broadway and Vermont, on the west side of the street, on the north edge of the alley left two large bags of garbage on my sidewalk with no stickers. Also, I saw her get in her car and toss a soda can into the street. |
