DETAIL DESCRIPTION
Just as I came out of my front door, I witnessed an African American female driving a silver car at about 35 mph down a 25 mph street at 7:31 a.m. She opened her car window and threw out several large pieces of mail. It scattered all over the street. Since she was driving so fast, I couldnt make out the make/model of the car. I did get the license plate. And, I went to pick it up to discard & the idiot had her name & address still on it. It was mail from CSL Behring & CSL Plasma, AEP Ohio and Fidelty Investments. If she could litter so boldly all of her mail. She deserves to be put on blast!!! The mail is addressed to PATRICIA L. FULTZ, 1149 E. WHITTIER STREET, COLUMBUS, OHIO 43206. |
