DETAIL DESCRIPTION
The front seat passenger of an orange Nissan Murano was observed to throw a blue bag out of his window into a construction site. A few minutes later, he again threw, what appeared to be an item of womens lingerie. The license plate number is CBE 8471.
Once traffice moved outside of the construction zone, just east of Schoenherr, an orange card was thrown out of the driver side window.
I am hopeful the owner of this vehicle will be notified of how inappropriate this behavior is! |
