DETAIL DESCRIPTION
I was traveling south on Scott behind the vehicle. When it reached the stop sign at Clay, the driver threw a white fast food bag out of the front passenger window. There was apparently still some food left in the bag as a couple of french fries fell out when the bag actually struck a gray Toyota Tacoma pickup truck that was parked at the corner before it hit the ground. I followed the vehicle for a while as it continued on, noting that the driver ended up parking the car on Turk near the intersection of Scott. |
