DETAIL DESCRIPTION
I was driving behind a New Way truck, License Plate#1391418 along the El Centro Road,Sacramento, CA. (Running along Medici Apartments 4450 El Centro Road). The truck had some kind of chimney like opening on the top from which plastic bags were popping out and flying on to the road every few seconds. I was behind this truck for only about a mile within which about 6 or 7 plastic bags and other plastic material flew out of it on to the middle of the road. It turned into Orchard Lane (near 2630 Orchard Lane) from where I head in a separate direction. |
