DETAIL DESCRIPTION
Driving down the highway a plastic bottle was tossed right out of the passenger side window. Later, when I passed the car, I saw, in the front seat cab a Hispanic man and two young kids, possibly on their way to primary school. Likely one of the kids through the plastic bottle out the window. |
