DETAIL DESCRIPTION
I was driving down Broadway between Naples and Oxford when a girl in the vehicle in front of me threw trash out of the window onto Broadway. I had to swurve around and I managed to pull alongside and confront the driver. I said that they should wait until they get home to throw out their trash. She asked are you a cop? and my reply was no, but littering is illegal, and I had to swurve to miss. Her reply was did you crash your car? and indicated she didnt know what I was talking about. I told her, the girl in the back seat just threw trash out of the window, she just dismissed what I was saying and drove off. I wrote down the license plate. California 6KYN669.
Not a good example for the kids in the car.
