We viewed this house once. It is for sale & listed with Red Realty. It could be a really nice place, needs lots of inside work & smells really bad, not sure why..., but especially the outside in the backyard & tree line, they dumped garbage, household items, etc...along a drainage area. Shouldnt this HAVE to be cleaned up by someone??? It looks awful, I think it was probably hidden for a while when it was warmer & things were in bloom & greener, but now that all leaves are gone & things are dormant & not grown up it is really showing.
All other houses in the neighborhood are nice. I am sure many have to be upset at that view too.
PLUS, it looks to be along a main ditch drainage area there along the tree line. Wouldnt that in itself pose a problem in the area? Just wanted to report the dumping. There is no telling what all is out there.
I found an MLS listing of it with Bob Parks..but the sign in the yard now is Red Realty.

NOT sure when it was all done, but it looks to have been there a while & maybe the house was in foreclosure a while, but SOMEONE left it like that & has left it to rot away. |
