DETAIL DESCRIPTION
On Friday, March 22, I watched a woman open her car door in the parking lot of Rite Aid and throw garbage onto the ground. I asked her if she knew she littered, she said yes, and so I stated I would report her. I have photographs of her license plate and of her with the car/litter. |
