DETAIL DESCRIPTION
at 0620 hours, a white Toyota truck with AZ tag, AXT3910, pulled in front of me just before mile post 339 on hihway 80. As he increased speed garbage began blowing out of his truck bed. I observed at least two plastic bags. He did not slow down or appear to care as this is probably regular behavior for him. |
