DETAIL DESCRIPTION
15:50 pm In East Bound Lane, witnessed litterer trow orange peel(whole thing, not just a piece) right on the pavement. Before the Bragaw intersection, threw more of the orange in the center median, at least 5 sections of the orange.
I know this is an orange, but it is still his GARBAGE. |
