DETAIL DESCRIPTION
Honda Odyssey Plate # 5FYT548 has on multiple occasions thrown out garbage (banana peel, plastic drink bottles, etc.) out of his moving minivan onto the side of the road (White Rd), opposite side of the street from Cunningham Park. This has been witnessed multiple times on weekday mornings, between 8AM and 8:30AM during the morning commute. It is always in the same place, on the side of the road without houses in front of an old golf course on South White Rd, heading northbound, just past Tully Rd. |
