Vehicle proceeding East on E Ave S, just East of Sierra Hwy. Driver had been holding cigarette outside window, then after a final puff, just tossed the butt away from the vehicle. This was a 95 degree day, low humidity, and fires all over SoCal. Butt tossed in direction of open field! |
