DETAIL DESCRIPTION
Individual was travelling east on 23 Mile Rd. in Chesterfield, and stopped at intersection of the I-94E off-ramp. The driver was smoking with the front driver-side window down. Someone in the back seat rolled down the rear driver-side window and dropped a fast-food bag out of the window. Then, the passenger in the rear seat rolled up the window. About 10s later, the light became green, and the car pulled away, taking the first right (due South) on Donner. |
