DETAIL DESCRIPTION
At approx 17:15 hrs on 6/17/2013, between mile markers 255.5 and 256 on Route 6 EAST, moving eastbound, a white Chevy Suburban PA License Plate GPE-6168 was observed throwing trash out of the drivers side window onto the roadway. Trash consisted of a large white styrofoam cup, lid, straw, as well as paper (napkins?) and remaining liquid contents. |
