DETAIL DESCRIPTION
This man in the apartment building next to me constantly uses his loud, highly obnoxious leaf blower for what seems like no particular reason. He uses it around his entire building, mostly by where the cars are parked, where there are actually no leaves. He basically just blows trash and random debris right into the street, even though there is a dumpster right where he is blowing. He could easily just use a broom and discard the debris properly, but he insists on using this extremely loud leaf blower, blowing everything into my apartment complexs driveway and just out into the neighborhoods street. Its SO annoying and disgusting. He does this numerous times a week. |
